Job summary

Dentsu in New York is expanding its AI Governance Concierge Service and seeks an AI Governance Engineer to own intake, governance reviews, and end‑to‑end delivery of AI product implementations. You will coordinate with Legal, Security, Privacy, and Procurement, driving projects through AIRS and TPSA and ensuring compliant onboarding.

The role combines governance, program management, and hands‑on coordination to keep engagements moving toward a successful finish in a hybrid NYC work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT governance, enterprise technology delivery, or program management.
• Navigate cross‑functional reviews involving Legal, Data Privacy, Information Security, Emerging Technology, and Procurement.
• Strong program management; own and drive a review schedule across multiple concurrent submissions.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and the governance risk landscape.
• Technical fluency to coordinate enterprise onboarding across cloud infrastructure, SSO, ITSM, and CMDB/CSDM.
• Clear, precise communicator between technical, legal, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Review submission packages and understand the business case, vendor research, risk profile, and policy rationale.
• Project‑manage submissions through AIRS and TPSA from submission to final determination.
• Set and communicate the review schedule based on priorities identified by the Lead.
• Update the AI Concierge Program Tracker with real‑time progress.
• Coordinate with the Analyst for additional research or clarification as needed.
• Report status, progress, and blockers to the Service Lead on a regular cadence.
