Job summary

UPS is seeking a Lead Product Manager of AI Governance in Louisville, KY, operating in a hybrid model requiring presence three days per week. You will define the multi-year roadmap for governance capabilities and the operating model, partnering with Legal, Privacy, Security, and IT teams to scale governance.

You will lead platform capabilities across the AI lifecycle, drive risk and regulatory alignment (NIST, ISO, EU AI Act), and mentor senior product managers while shaping enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of AI/data governance or related experience.
• Experience leading enterprise governance programs and platform initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI lifecycle and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI governance strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for governance platforms and tooling.
• Define investment priorities for governance platforms and automation.
• Set the direction for platform capabilities across the AI lifecycle.
• Mentor Senior Product Managers and cross-functional contributors.
• Collaborate across Legal, Privacy, Security, Compliance, and IT teams.
