Job summary

CEI seeks an experienced AI Governance Leader to build and lead enterprise AI governance, compliance, security, and risk management across AI platforms, GenAI, and agentic AI systems. You will partner with engineering, cybersecurity, legal, and business teams to ensure responsible deployment.

Based in Dallas or Pittsburgh with a hybrid work model, this role reports to the CEO and is a direct hire. You will drive governance programs, risk oversight, and security controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in AI governance, cybersecurity, enterprise technology.

Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize enterprise AI governance frameworks and policies.
• Define governance standards for GenAI, AI copilots, autonomous agents, and AI-powered platforms

AI Governance Leader

Location: Dallas or Pittsburgh

Reports To: CEO

We are seeking an experienced AI Governance Leader to build and lead enterprise AI governance, compliance, security, and risk management initiatives across AI platforms, GenAI, and agentic AI systems. This role will partner with engineering, cybersecurity, legal, and business teams to ensure AI solutions are deployed responsibly, securely, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize enterprise AI governance frameworks and policies
• Define governance standards for GenAI, AI copilots, autonomous agents, and AI-powered platforms
• Establish AI risk management, monitoring, audit, and compliance processes
• Implement AI security, observability, and human oversight controls
• Ensure compliance with NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, and related regulations
• Support enterprise AI transformation initiatives and client advisory engagements
