Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in governance operations, risk operations, compliance operations, program operations, or a related field
• Experience supporting governance, risk assessment, compliance, or cross‑functional operational workflows
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder groups simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation management experience
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and identify issues requiring escalation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business process documentation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, review, routing, and tracking of AI-related governance requests and workflows
• Maintain governance work queues, status tracking, and follow-up activities
• Escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution and decision‑making
• Schedule and coordinate governance meetings, including agenda preparation and documentation
• Capture meeting decisions, action items, and next steps
• Serve as a central point of contact for business partners, stakeholders, and governance teams
• Communicate process updates, requirements, and status information to stakeholders
• Maintain audit‑ready records, governance documentation, templates, and procedures
• Generate recurring operational reports and leadership updates
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance governance processes and operational efficiency
