Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical project management, with a minimum of 3 years managing AI/ML projects.
• Blend of project management acumen, technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks, ethical AI principles, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
• Strong Agile experience, including Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Ability to plan, track, and deliver complex technical projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to senior leadership.
• Ability to coordinate with technical, business, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
• Strong technical aptitude to discuss architecture with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technical AI projects, delivering on time and within scope and budget.
• Drive AI governance and Responsible AI compliance across project lifecycles.
• Coordinate documentation to secure internal and external approvals (legal, compliance, risk, architecture).
• Develop comprehensive project plans, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies.
• Act as Scrum Master when needed; facilitate planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Communicate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to translate requirements.
• Provide executive status updates and recommendations to senior leadership and sponsors.
• Proactively resolve project conflicts and maintain positive team dynamics.
• Own accountability for project outcomes and alignment with responsible AI principles.
• Drive strategic priorities in the AI landscape and mentor global development teams.
• Review system designs for alignment with enterprise architecture and standards.
• Collaborate with risk partners and technology leadership on strategic solutions.
• Assess technology risks and ensure compliance with enterprise policies.
• Support production stability, performance, and platform modernization.
