RTX is seeking an AI Governance Senior Manager to shape, deliver and operationalize governance for trustworthy data and responsible AI across the enterprise. You will partner with the Director of Data Governance & AI Governance to translate frameworks into scalable products and operating models.

Role requires deep knowledge of model risk management, transparency, and lifecycle controls, and you will drive policy automation, metadata platforms, lineage, and responsible AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience translating legal, regulatory, and risk requirements into product features and workflows.
• 8+ years in product management, data governance, analytics platforms, or AI governance.
• 5+ years in data platforms, governance tools, or enterprise AI capabilities.
• 5+ years working with AI/ML model lifecycle and governance practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and Agile delivery.

Responsabilités

• Define AI Governance Strategy & Roadmap aligned with enterprise risk and data strategy.
• Coordinate and lead team to roadmap and delivery targets.
• Translate governance requirements into platform capabilities and user stories.
• Discovery with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Data Engineering, and business teams.
• Advise on Governance Operating Models and federated governance structures.
• Deliver AI governance capabilities: model registries, risk tools, monitoring workflows.
• Ensure regulatory and control compliance with AI regulations and guidance.
