Job summary

RTX’s Enterprise Services Data (ES-Data) group seeks a Responsible AI Engineer to support AI governance policy implementation as part of a broad governance initiative. You will configure governance platforms, build integrations with enterprise systems, and drive auditable, scalable controls across the AI/ML ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in STEM with 8+ years experience or advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience architecting integrations and automations for governance workflows.
• Experience with One Trust designing governance in enterprise envs.
• Experience with governance reporting, data quality and traceability.
• Experience with Responsible AI governance frameworks and regulatory trends.
• Strong solo and team project management with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain enterprise AI governance capabilities and standardize workflows and evidence practices.
• Design scalable integrations between governance capabilities and core enterprise systems; automate assessments and reporting.
• Enable governance analytics and automated reporting with data quality and traceability.
• Translate Responsible AI, privacy, and security policies into operational controls in processes and configurations.
• Develop enablement materials, training, and onboarding guidance; provide hands-on support.
• Coordinate with platform vendors for guidance and enablement; ensure vendor-neutral solutions.
