Job summary

RTX's Enterprise Services Data (ES-Data) group seeks a Responsible AI Engineer to support AI governance across RTX businesses. You will configure governance platforms, automate data exchange, and ensure auditable, scalable controls.

The role focuses on policy implementation, evidence management, and vendor coordination within a global AI governance program. Ideal candidates bring hands‑on experience with One Trust, Archer, or WatsonX, strong data governance knowledge, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or 5+ years with advanced degree.
• Experience architecting integrations and automations for governance processes.
• Experience with One Trust governance workflows and evidence management.
• Experience with reporting, metrics design, and data quality practices.
• Experience with Responsible AI governance frameworks and regulatory trends.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Security, Data and AI.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain enterprise AI governance capabilities and workflows.
• Design scalable integrations between governance capabilities and core systems.
• Automate assessments, evidence capture, and reporting processes.
• Improve repeatability, reliability, and audit readiness.
• Enable governance metrics and automated reporting.
• Translate policies into operational controls embedded in platforms.
• Maintain a central control library with compliance partners.
• Develop enablement materials and training.
