Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services Data (ES-Data) group seeks a Responsible AI Engineer to support AI governance policy implementation across the enterprise. You will configure governance platforms, automate evidence capture, and integrate with core systems to ensure auditable, scalable controls.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, Data and AI stakeholders, and work with platforms like One Trust, Archer, and WatsonX to enable governance capabilities and operationalize policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field with 8+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Proficiency architecting integrations and automations using standardized patterns.
• Hands-on experience with One Trust — designing and configuring governance workflows.
• Strong data and reporting skills, including metrics design and data quality.
• Working knowledge of Responsible AI and governance frameworks.
• Ability to operate with minimal oversight and manage mid-size projects.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence across Legal, Compliance, Security, Data & AI.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain enterprise AI governance capabilities with standardized workflows.
• Design and maintain scalable integrations between governance and core enterprise systems.
• Enable governance metrics, analytics, and automated reporting processes.
• Translate policies into operational controls embedded in processes and configurations.
• Develop enablement materials, training, and onboarding guides with hands-on support.
• Coordinate with platform vendors for guidance and capability enablement.
