RTX seeks a Senior Manager, AI Governance Product Lead to shape, deliver and operate governance capabilities ensuring trustworthy data and responsible AI enterprise-wide. You will partner with the Director of Data Governance to translate regulatory expectations into scalable products and platforms.

You will guide discovery, define vision, prioritize features, and oversee execution of governance tools such as model registries, risk assessment workflows, and incident monitoring.

Competenze

• Typically requires: a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
• 8+ years of experience in product management, data governance, analytics platforms, or AI/ML governance, including leadership of cross-functional initiatives
• 5+ years experience in data platforms, governance tools, or enterprise AI capabilities
• 5+ years working with AI/ML model lifecycle, including AI governance, risk assessments, transparency documentation, and monitoring practices
• Experience translating legal, regulatory, and risk requirements into product features, workflows, and control checkpoints
• 5+ years experience in Agile delivery, backlog management, and writing clear epics, features, and user stories

• Translate Governance Requirements into Platform Capabilities across data and AI domains
