TEKsystems is seeking an AI Governance Lead Program Consultant to design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks for enterprise use. The role covers governance models for AI agents, Copilot solutions, and generative AI applications, including registration, ownership, monitoring, and reviews.

The position is 100% remote within the United States, with a contract basis and a pay range of $100.00–$110.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Experience building governance frameworks and oversight processes for AI technologies.
• Governance of AI agents, agent lifecycle management and registration processes.
• Understanding of Microsoft Agent 365 governance and enterprise AI adoption.
• Ability to integrate emerging AI initiatives into existing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI consumption monitoring, cost governance, and usage oversight.

As an AI Governance Lead Program Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive AI governance frameworks. This position involves developing governance models for AI agents, generative AI applications, and emerging AI technologies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize enterprise AI governance capabilities.

• Facilitate governance workshops and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Assist in defining AI utilization monitoring, token consumption oversight, and future AI FinOps capabilities.

• Recommend industry best practices for AI governance and challenge existing processes where necessary.

Essential Skills

• Demonstrated experience in building governance frameworks, controls, oversight processes, and governance operating models for AI technologies.
• Experience governing AI agents, AI-enabled workflows, agent registration processes, and agent lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft's AI roadmap and governance considerations associated with Agent 365, Copilot, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Ability to integrate emerging technology initiatives into existing governance, compliance, risk, and operational frameworks.
• Experience or understanding of AI consumption monitoring, cost governance, token management, and usage oversight.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• Microsoft Agent 365 governance experience.
• Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience.
• Experience establishing AI inventories or AI solution catalogs.
• Familiarity with NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
• Experience implementing Responsible AI programs.
• AI FinOps experience or exposure.
• Experience governing enterprise AI platforms and emerging technologies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $110.00/hr.
