Job summary

TEKsystems in Erie, PA seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise application modernization, replatforming, and AI-driven modernization across the .NET ecosystem. This role blends program leadership with deep technical acumen, guiding cross-functional teams and bridging engineering with business stakeholders.

You will drive cloud transformations with AWS, champion modern web architectures, and ensure credible delivery plans using Agile practices in an onsite environment in Erie.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program Management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Proven experience managing application modernization, cloud transformation, or replatforming programs.
• Strong understanding of .NET architectures, modern web applications, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Ability to challenge technical estimates through informed questioning and analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and Agile delivery experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise application modernization initiatives focused on transforming and replatforming our .NET application ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in driving modernization efforts that leverage AI-driven capabilities, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with deep technical acumen. This is not a traditional project coordination role. We are seeking someone who can challenge assumptions, drive accountability, ask the right questions, and effectively bridge communication between engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
