Job summary

TEKsystems in Charlotte, NC is seeking a contract Agile Delivery Lead to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely releases. You will drive defect triage, manage risks, and support release sign-off processes to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

You will collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders while leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to boost productivity and validate outputs.

Description

The ideal candidate will follow Agile practices and delivery routines while effectively communicating work progress to stakeholders. They will lead defect triage activities, manage project risks, and support release sign-off processes to ensure successful deployments. This individual will collaborate closely with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to enhance productivity, improve efficiency, and validate outputs is highly desirable. The candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with both technical teams and business partners.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
