Job summary

Considine Search is seeking an AI Solutions Attorney for a premier global law firm in New York. You will manage legal AI platform relationships, govern evaluation and documentation, and guide pilots and rollouts with the Applied AI team and training groups.

You will partner with Information Systems and the Office of the General Counsel to ensure compliant usage, ownership, and ROI across the firm’s AI portfolio in a hybrid in-office role.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in any state with preference for New York; maintain a license in good standing.
• 4+ years of legal practice in a large law firm or comparable environment.
• Experience reviewing or negotiating commercial contracts, including technology or vendor agreements.
• Experience responding to RFPs, outside counsel guidelines, or client due diligence questionnaires a plus.
• Working knowledge of legal AI and legal technology vendor landscape.
• Comfort with usage data, cost metrics, and reporting tools to track platform performance and ROI.
• Experience partnering with information security and Information Systems on compliance and data governance.
• Excellent project management and ability to handle multiple vendor relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to senior audiences.
• Discretion with confidential information and understanding confidentiality obligations.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with each legal AI platform vendor and manage day-to-day vendor relations.
• Track feature releases and maintain an inventory of platforms, licenses, terms, renewal dates, and usage rights.
• Assist with feature evaluation alongside the Applied AI team.
• Assist with contract renewal and negotiation with IS and the Office of the General Counsel.
• Serve as escalation point for vendor issues and coordinate resolutions.
