Qualifications

• JD + active CA or NY Bar to practice in-house counsel.
• 3–4 years of experience in technology transactions, data/privacy, or financial services regulatory counseling.
• Experience designing or operationalizing AI governance with regulatory integration.
• Proven ability to coordinate multijurisdictional projects (US hub with EU/Asia input).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern global AI policies and frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-border regulatory alignment with EU, US, and Asia teams.
• Negotiate IT vendor, SAAS, and AI contracts and build templates.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and business teams to embed guardrails.
• Provide guidance and governance support to accelerate responsible innovation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into actionable updates.
• Advise on AI applications including research workflows and HR analytics.
