Considine Search seeks a Director of AI Solutions to lead the development, implementation, and firm-wide adoption of artificial intelligence across its legal practices and business operations.

The role combines senior leadership and hands-on AI expertise, translating complex business and legal needs into scalable, production-ready solutions while ensuring quality, security, and measurable impact. This is execution-focused and requires driving adoption beyond pilot programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; JD is advantageous
• Proven experience leading AI initiatives in large organizations
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities
• Experience translating business/legal needs into scalable AI solutions
• Proven ability to measure ROI and communicate business impact to executives
• Familiarity with legal workflows, confidentiality, and information security

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary AI teams across engineering, legal tech, training, and client engagement
• Direct development and deployment of firm-wide AI tools and workflows
• Translate requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions with quality controls
• Develop and implement AI adoption strategies and training programs
• Oversee client-facing AI initiatives and demonstrate value to stakeholders
• Advise senior leadership on AI investments and innovation opportunities
