Zusammenfassung

CNA Insurance is seeking a seasoned Internal Audit professional to lead evaluations of AI usage across business processes and strengthen assurance over AI. You will assess AI-related risks and controls, serve as an AI SME to audit teams, and contribute to all audit lifecycle phases while guiding less experienced staff.

The role reports to AVP or above and requires broad auditing knowledge with a focus on AI governance, data quality, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in information systems, cybersecurity, business or equivalent.
• Advanced degree or professional designation (CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.) preferred.
• Typically a minimum of five to eight years of relevant work experience (risk and governance, cybersecurity and/or information technology auditing).

Aufgaben

• Evaluates AI governance frameworks and lifecycle, model oversight processes, data quality controls, responsible AI practices and compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
• Monitors emerging AI technologies, regulatory developments and industry practices to identify evolving risks and opportunities.
• Provides analysis, interpretation and advice to management.
• Participates on concurrent projects to expedite issue resolution and delivery of quality audit services.
• Serves as a subject matter resource to audit teams regarding AI technologies, risks, governance and control considerations.
• Structures and writes major sections of audit reports and other outputs intended for customers.
• Participates in the development and execution of AI and business audit procedures based on risk to the business and in collaboration with internal and external partners.
