Job summary

Cvent, Inc. is seeking an AI Governance Analyst to join the InfoSec Risk & Compliance team in Tysons, VA.

You’ll help shape the AI governance program, review AI initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across Legal, Product, Engineering, and Corporate groups. The role requires 4–6 years in risk, compliance, governance, or information security, with hands-on experience in AI security controls and audits.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a risk, compliance, governance, or information security role at a SaaS or technology company.
• Knowledge of AI security concepts and baseline controls — risk tiering, conformity assessments, transparency obligations.
• Hands-on experience with formal certification audits (ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2, or equivalent).
• Ability to translate regulatory and policy requirements into practical guidance for product and engineering teams.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to build dashboards and KPIs.
