Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Design Engineer for AI Gateway to own product design and frontend implementation across surfaces such as the website, dashboard, CLI, and APIs. You will collaborate with customers, a Product Manager, and engineers to understand problems, explore solutions, and ship a production-ready experience.

You will help ensure accessibility, performance, and instrumentation while balancing design craft with code.

Qualifications

• Built production-quality web apps using React and TypeScript.
• Strong visual and interaction craft for understandable products.
• Ability to move between UI, CLI, API behavior and implementation details.

Responsibilities

• Own product design and frontend implementation for journeys from model discovery to first successful request in production.
• Design and build production experiences across website, dashboard, CLI, and APIs.
• Make models, providers, credentials, routing, budgets, logs, performance, privacy, and governance understandable, then create reusable patterns.
