Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Design Engineer to own product design and frontend implementation for AI Gateway, a developer platform connecting apps and agents to AI models. You will shape dashboards, catalogs, CLI, API experiences, and ensure accessibility, performance, and quality after launch.

You will collaborate with customers, a Product Manager, and engineers, delivering production-grade interfaces across multiple surfaces while maintaining strong product judgment in a fast-changing AI space.

Qualifications

• Experience building production web interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Strong visual and interaction craft with emphasis on usable design.
• Comfort designing across dashboards, catalogs, CLIs, APIs and web experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own product design and frontend implementation for AI Gateway surfaces.
• Design and build production experiences across website, dashboard, CLI, and APIs.
• Make complex concepts like routing, budgets, credentials, and governance understandable.
