CrowdStrike, a leader in AI-native cybersecurity, seeks an experienced IP leader to guide global prosecution, trademarks, and copyrights for its cloud-native platform. You will align IP strategy with product roadmaps, manage a charged budget, and drive AI-enabled improvements across the IP function.

The role requires a J.D. and 15+ years in IP, with in-house counsel experience and a track record in software/SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or AI settings.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IP experience, including leading teams.
• Experience identifying and prosecuting patentable tech in software/SaaS/cloud/cybersecurity/AI.
• Global patent portfolio management and jurisdictional strategy.
• Experience in trademark, copyright, and trade secret law.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI in IP workflows with governance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage global patent prosecution strategy aligned with product roadmap.
• Identify key innovations with Product and Engineering partners.
• Make strategic filing and abandonment decisions based on business value.
• Oversee trademark portfolio and clearance for new product names and campaigns.
• Advise on copyright ownership and protection for software and technical docs.
• Lead AI-enabled IP operations and budget governance.
• Manage outside counsel and IP dockets to optimize outcomes.
