Job summary

ClarityPay is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with finance, credit and risk teams and turn how they work into dependable AI-native systems. You will join the Data & AI organization, work across time zones with engineers in New York and India, and build external-facing AI solutions for merchants and partners on the ClarityPay platform.

You will be measured on adoption and rely-on value, not demo quality, and you will own end-to-end delivery, from discovery to production rollout, with

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in software engineering or technical deployment with business users.
• Experience working with operations, finance, risk, or similar teams.
• Production experience with LLMs: prompt engineering and agent development.

Responsibilities

• Embed with process owners to map workflows and define success criteria.
• Own end-to-end delivery: discovery, scoping, design, build, rollout.
• Choose simple, dependable automation and define agent scope.
• Write evaluations to prove outputs before deployment.
• Instrument processes with day-zero controls and alerts.
• Build external-facing AI solutions with Product and Engineering.
• Code reusable patterns to speed up future deployments.
