Job summary

Anthropic seeks a Partnership Manager to grow its AI for Science program by building and nurturing partnerships with laboratories and startups worldwide. You will work with academia and early-stage companies to deploy Claude in life sciences and translate scientific needs into deployment plans.

You'll coordinate with Applied AI, product, and GTM teams, shaping a research agenda and community of practice across biomedical, chemistry, and materials science labs.

Qualifications

Experience in or around life sciences research.
Ability to build communities of practice among scientists.
Growing network in life sciences and related labs or tools companies.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day partnerships for AI for Science with labs and startups.
Identify and onboard new partners and coordinate with internal teams.
Serve as the primary relationship owner for AI for Science initiatives.
Prepare regular reports and inform GTM and research priorities.
Translate partner needs into deployment plans for Claude in life sciences.
Represent Anthropic at conferences and contribute to program processes.
