Fireworks AI is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative in the New York City area to qualify inbound leads and proactively prospect high-value accounts for our AI platform.

You will work closely with Account Executives, engage in technical conversations, and help customers understand how generative AI can impact their business. This fast-paced startup environment rewards curiosity and initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated interest in technology sales with strong AI/ML interest.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage technically.
• Self-motivated and organized with multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into key accounts via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
• Meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets.
• Craft personalized outreach to prioritize accounts and prospects.
• Qualify inbound leads and transition to Account Executives.
• Educate prospects on Fireworks AI’s inference solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging.
• Stay updated on AI/ML trends for informed conversations.
