Job summary

PeopleTec is seeking a Project Manager in Huntsville, AL to oversee day-to-day delivery of an AI system for the H-1 flight simulator. You will coordinate schedules, reviews, customer reporting, and project documentation while collaborating with engineers, aviation SMEs, and program leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years managing technical development projects, strong writing skills, and familiarity with AI-enabled software systems. Travel ~15% and CAC security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years managing technical development projects with customer deliverables.
• Experience leading agile or sprint-based software development and coordinating planning, integration, testing, and reviews.
• Strong technical writing and editing skills for customer deliverables.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled software systems and data/models impact on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, priorities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate technical reviews, demos, meetings, action items, and follow-ups.
• Prepare/edit customer-facing plans, reports, and technical docs.
• Track progress, milestones, scope, and contractual deliverables with status updates.
