Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. seeks a Software / Test Engineer II in Huntsville, AL to plan, automate, and execute testing for an on-premise AI system supporting the H-1 flight simulator. You will evaluate software and AI model releases, work with aviation SME and development teams, and help resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of software engineering or software testing experience.
• Experience building automated tests and analyzing test data.
• Experience writing and executing test plans and customer-facing reports.
• Experience using containers and CI in daily development.
• Experience in government or regulated environments.
• Ability to travel for integration and test events.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and procedures and document results.
• Build and maintain automated tests for software and AI model performance.
• Evaluate model releases and compare with prior versions.
• Troubleshoot problems and develop fixes or test tools.
