Job summary

Jet Support Services, Inc. in Chicago seeks a Technology Engagement Partner to drive AI-first transformation. This 12-month contract role requires someone who can lead strategic workstreams, own recurring processes, and act as a trusted extension of the CPTO’s capacity.

You’ll build leadership decks, manage governance meetings, and track incidents while growing fluency in how a modern AI-centric organization operates.

Qualifications

• Active, daily use of AI tools as part of your work.
• Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive communications and leadership decks for CPTO-related forums.
• Maintain CPTO governance rhythm with clear agendas and action items.
• Develop AI policies, guardrails, and governance documentation.
• Oversee operational tracking, budgeting, and headcount planning for Product & Technology.
• Act as incident commander during production issues and drive root cause follow-up.
