Responsibilities

• Lead executive communications and create leadership decks and documents.
• Own the CPTO's recurring meeting rhythms with clear agendas and action items.
• Develop and manage AI governance programs and policy documentation.
• Oversee financial tracking, vendor invoices, and software usage reviews.
• Coordinate incident response and post-incident root-cause analyses.
• Support headcount planning and budgeting for the Product & Technology org.
