Job summary

Sauce is seeking an AI-first transformation leader to drive a tech-forward shift in our operations. This role is a technical founder-leaning position: you own problems end-to-end, design architecture, and build solutions without a PM layer or sprint ceremonies.

You’ll operate across codebases in an R&D setting and deliver deployable, scalable AI-powered improvements. You’ll own architecture, toolchains, and deployments, while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Almost a technical founder with hands-on product/build experience.
• PM, architect and engineer in one who writes requirements and executes.
• Strong software architecture skills and scalable systems mindset.
• AI-native, current with LLMs and AI-assisted development.
• Energetic, relentless problem-solver across domains.

Responsibilities

• Own operations problems end-to-end, from understanding pain to production-ready solution.
• Drive company-wide AI transformation and pilot new tooling with shipped results.
• Design and deploy agentic systems, human-in-the-loop workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate across teams and domains beyond traditional boundaries.
• Translate business feedback into precise, well-architected solutions.
• Report to VP, R&D and set priorities with business and ops leadership.
