Job summary

Rhapsody, an AI-first health interoperability company, seeks a Sr. Manager, Business Operations & Strategy in a hybrid Boston, MA, role. You will shape the future with senior leadership, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee finance, operations, and growth projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, analyze markets, and guide AI adoption while ensuring quality, security, and governance across the org.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, management consulting, or related field.
• Investment Banking or Private Equity experience a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and strategic analysis.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and Boards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Execution Focus: Demonstrate strong execution and ownership of tasks.
• Transforms workflows to be AI-first by connecting tools and building automations.
• Leads AI adoption by coaching others and balancing experimentation with governance.
