Zusammenfassung

Rhapsody is seeking a versatile partnerships and product enablement professional who will manage key EHR vendor and health-tech partner relationships in the Boston area. You will translate partner insights into actionable work for product and the commercial teams, and drive joint programs from kickoff to delivery.

You will own cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with product, partnerships, and field sales.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in partnerships, alliances, implementation, or another relationship-facing role is a plus.
• Generalist skill set: comfortable moving between relationship management, light technical work, and commercial enablement in the same week.
• Strong ownership: plan and run a workstream independently.
• Collaborative mindset: requires commitment from product/R&D and sales/support.
• Comfort with ambiguity; partnerships work rarely comes with a template.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferably located in the Boston area, or willing to travel to Boston periodically.
• Travel to partner sites and industry events expected.

• Own the partner relationships and day-to-day points of contact.
• Enable differentiated product capabilities with partners and internal teams.
• Enable the commercial team with partner positioning and joint value propositions.
• Run joint programs from kickoff to delivery and track milestones.
• Embed AI into repeatable workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Develop prompts, templates, and simple automations combining AI with internal data.
