Qualifications

• 6+ years building and operating production software.
• Daily use of advanced tooling like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
• Experience delivering solutions with GenAI integration.
• Deep knowledge of reliability and security.
• Comfortable with React/Next and modern frameworks.
• Strong background with Kubernetes and production observability.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-driven software development life cycles.
• Apply context engineering strategies for accurate development.
• Orchestrate environments for AI-enabled teams.
• Build evaluation harnesses and CI/CD hooks.
• Prototype AI-driven solutions with modern practices.
• Coach teams on AI-accelerated ways of working.
