Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Software Architect to own the architecture of client solutions and drive AI-first software development. You will lead multi-developer teams, design guardrails, prompt templating, and ensure AI-driven development is accurate, reliable, and safe across platforms.

You will stay hands-on with product architecture while prototyping, guiding client stakeholders, and advancing DevOps, observability, and AI tooling practices to deliver value at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and operating production software with leadership in system or platform architecture.
