Job summary

Box is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Partner to lead end-to-end sourcing for engineering and security technology across Box’s US operations. You will drive commercial contracting, renewals, and supplier performance while leveraging AI tools to accelerate procurement processes.

You will partner with Legal, InfoSec, Finance, and Engineering to optimize spend and reduce risk. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–6+ years of experience are preferred, with 10x focus on data-driven

Qualifications

Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities with polished monthly/quarterly leadership reports.
3–6+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, or spend analytics.
Familiarity with technology contracts (SaaS/IaaS) and licensing metrics; able to partner with Legal/InfoSec.
Structured workflows, data cleanliness, and frictionless procurement processes across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end sourcing lifecycles for tech spend (SaaS, cloud) and security tooling.
Manage commercial and technology contracting and renewals.
Drive supplier performance improvements and cost optimization.
Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Finance, Legal, and Accounting.
Utilize AI/automation to modernize procurement operations and reduce manual work.
