Job summary

Box is seeking an experienced Senior Team Manager to lead Procurement Intelligence & Operations in Redwood City. You will own platform strategy for Zip, Navan, and Brex, drive AI-first process redesign, and partner across Strategic Sourcing, IT, and Legal to ensure scalable spend management.

You will build SOPs, playbooks, and resources to simplify procurement for Boxers and own KPIs on cycle time, adoption, and controls. Box expects office presence with a minimum of 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in procurement, procurement operations, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, finance operations, or a related function.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience (managing 5+ people).
• Experience owning platforms or programs in spend-management (S2P/P2P, travel, expense, or corp card).
• Ability to diagnose problems with data, drive structured solutions, and balance speed, risk, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team, set priorities, provide ownership and development for Procurement Intelligence & Operations.
• Own platform strategy and governance for Zip, Navan, and Brex with end-to-end policy and controls.
• Redesign processes with an AI-first approach to reduce manual effort and improve self-service.
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing, IT, Legal, Controllership, and Enterprise Systems to translate needs into solutions.
• Measure outcomes like cycle time, volume, service levels, adoption, and employee experience to inform priorities.
• Drive operational execution, resolve tickets, and ensure timely deliverables and process improvements.
