Job summary

Box, a leader in Intelligent Content Management, seeks a Senior Team Manager to lead Procurement Intelligence & Operations across Zip, Navan, and Brex. You will shape policy, processes, and governance for S2P/P2P and related spend programs, ensuring scalable, AI-enabled improvements across a global organization.

You will partner with Strategic Sourcing, Controllership, Legal, IT, and Enterprise Systems to drive operational excellence and risk management while elevating the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in procurement, procurement operations, or related function.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ people with accountability and talent development.
• Knowledge of S2P/P2P processes, controls, and best practices end to end.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team: set priorities, ownership, accountability, and development opportunities for Procurement Intelligence & Operations.
• Own platform strategy and governance for Zip, Navan, Brex with end-to-end ownership of policies and processes.
• Redesign work with AI-first approach to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into system requirements with IT and Enterprise Systems.
• Measure outcomes and drive improvements in cycle time, volume, and employee experience.
• Enable self-service by building SOPs, playbooks, and training using AI tools.
• Escalation point for cross-functional issues ensuring timely resolution.
• Drive project execution with structured roadmaps and milestones.
