Job summary

Box is building a modern AI-first Strategic Sourcing and Procurement organization. We seek a Senior Strategic Sourcing Partner to lead end-to-end sourcing for Build and Security, manage commercial contracting, renewals, and supplier performance.

You will embed with engineering and security leaders, leverage AI and data to accelerate cycles, and collaborate with Legal, Security, Finance, and business owners to drive value.

Qualifications

• Strong data and reporting capabilities with Excel/Sheets.
• 3–6+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement ops, vendor management, or spend analytics.
• Familiarity with SaaS/IaaS tech contracting and licensing metrics.
• Ability to partner with Legal and InfoSec on agreements.
• Structured workflows and data hygiene to drive procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for Build and Security products and services (RFI/RFP/RFQ, vendor selection, negotiations, contracts).
• Proactively manage renewals and pipeline; analyze usage and pricing benchmarks.
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, order forms, and cloud agreements with cross-functional partners.
• Build trusted partnerships with Engineering and Security leaders to forecast spend and align commercial strategies.
