MaintainX in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape an AI-first product experience across web and mobile, partnering with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to simplify complex frontline workflows.

You will own design from problem framing to high-fidelity delivery, craft AI-powered features for maintenance technicians and facility managers, and contribute to a scalable design system while maintaining strong visual craft.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features for real users solving real problems.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design with typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion.
• A systems thinker who builds for reuse and scales design decisions across a product.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to articulate design intent across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for AI-powered product surfaces across web and mobile — from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery.
• Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users like maintenance technicians and facility managers, improving workflows without adding complexity.
• Translate ambiguous AI problem spaces into clear, testable design solutions in close partnership with product and engineering.
• Think in systems: create reusable components, contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Present design work with clear rationale, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and maintain high craft across the lifecycle.
