You will lead end-to-end design, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive tools for maintenance technicians and facility managers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features such as natural language interfaces, agents, and predictive insights.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion.
• A systems thinker who builds for reuse and scales design decisions across a product.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to articulate design intent and influence peers.
• Expert level English, both spoken and written, to work across teams and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for AI-powered product surfaces across web and mobile from problem framing to delivery.
• Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users like maintenance technicians and facility managers.
• Translate ambiguous AI problem spaces into clear, testable design solutions with product and engineering.
• Contribute to a design system with emphasis on consistency, scalability, and high craft.
• Present design work with clear rationale and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design processes and raise output quality.
