Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to lead AI-first adoption and the maturation of product management standards across the portfolio.

The role partners with Product Management and Readiness teams to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, and to embed AI-native practices—from discovery to measure outcomes—across CAPTG. Strong communication and matrixed-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 8 years' experience, or alternate combinations
• 5–7 years in a Product organization directly in Product Management or related fields
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to real product management workflows with measurable results
• Experience driving large operational change management initiatives
• Strong ability to build key business relationships and contribute to enterprise vision

Responsibilities

• Mature Product Management: drive processes to improve maturity, skills, and consistency across Cox Automotive; evolve standards for discovery, specification, delivery, and post-launch measurement.
• AI-First Product Management: lead AI-first adoption; integrate Claude and Pendo AI into workflows; develop playbooks, prompts, and agents; evangelize applied AI in product management.
• Enterprise Stewardship: coordinate efforts across Product Management and Product Readiness teams; promote awareness and drive adoption of Product Operations initiatives.
