Job summary

SecurityScorecard is redesigning its Product & Design org around AI-first workflows. The role focuses on building the operating model, cadence, metrics, and standards for a pod-based design organization, integrating human design with agent experience (AX) in a scalable way.

You will own planning, governance, and cross-pod coordination to accelerate prototyping, handoffs, and collaboration, while enabling enterprise customers through live-prototyping and co-build sessions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in design/UX operations, program management, or similar operating role.
• Direct experience running AI-enabled design workflows from live codebase and design system.
• Proven ability to replace centralized ticket intake with embedded, pod-based ownership.
• Experience with agent evaluation, guardrails, or agent-facing product design.
• Strong cross-functional operating skills across design, product, engineering, and security.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the operating model for a pod-based design org.
• Drive adoption of AI-first design practices using live codebase and design system.
• Own design-to-engineering handoff ensuring accurate, buildable specs.
• Own agent experience (AX) operations including guardrails and tool access.
• Define human-to-agent handoffs and multi-agent coordination.
• Define and track metrics to prove faster prototyping and improved handoffs.
• Run planning, prioritization, and cross-pod cadence across product lines.
• Support customer co-build and live-prototyping sessions for scale.
