Job summary

ISMG is seeking an AI Product Designer to own front-end UX for our AI-native intelligence products. This founding-design-engineering role offers unusual latitude and visibility on a small team, with work affecting security executives, editorial, marketing, and enterprise clients.

You will translate AI workflows into intuitive interfaces, build a scalable design system, and partner with API teams and business units to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in enterprise front-end / UI/UX product development and design
• Proficient in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and semantic HTML
• Experience with design systems and Tailwind CSS
• Strong accessibility and performance fundamentals
• Translate AI workflows into intuitive interfaces and behavior

Responsibilities

• Own the front-end and interaction design for AI products end-to-end from stakeholder conversation to deployed application
• Conduct lightweight user research, prototype workflows, and validate designs with clients and internal users
• Translate complex AI and reporting workflows into clear information architecture and task-oriented experiences
• Build and maintain Figma libraries, design tokens, and a practical design-to-code handoff process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on API contracts and data access
