Job summary

GreenSky LLC, headquartered in Atlanta, is hiring a Senior Product Manager for an AI-native pod. You will own a product area end to end in a small, high-velocity team and deliver working prototypes within hours, supported by Claude, Kiro, and Figma.

You will report to the VP of Product, drive quarterly outcomes, and shape the pod’s operating model, tooling standards, and cross-functional partnerships in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with fintech or payments experience.
• Hands-on with AI prototyping and product tools.
• Ability to ship rapidly in a pod-based environment.
• Strong written product documents and quick AI-assisted writing.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Design.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Prototype before you spec using AI tools to generate working prototypes.
• Own outcomes with quarterly metrics and pod velocity.
• Operate inside a pod with close collaboration with Tech Lead and QA Lead.
• Define and evolve the pod operating model and tooling standards.
