Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first product management maturity and enterprise standards across the product portfolio. This role partners with key stakeholders to embed AI-native practices, develop playbooks, and lead cross-functional change with a proactive, hands-on approach.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in product management/operations, hands-on AI tool experience, and strong communication to influence senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Lead AI-first product management adoption with knowledge of LLMs (Claude preferred) and prompt engineering.
• Provide excellent service to internal clients and stakeholders.
• Think critically about integrating tools, processes and standards to create value.
• Teach best practices to drive buy-in and adoption.
• Self-motivated with ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Think across diverse teams and enterprise-level stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive processes that improve product management maturity across Cox Automotive.
• Own and evolve the enterprise discipline framework for discovery, delivery, post-launch measurement.
• Lead AI-first approaches; integrate Claude and Pendo AI into workflows from discovery to launch readiness.
• Develop reusable playbooks, skills, prompts, and agents; evangelize applied AI in product management.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Product Readiness, and other teams to promote adoption.
