Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive AI-first product management, establish enterprise standards, and enable product teams across portfolios. You will partner with PM and readiness teams to embed AI-native approaches and manage disciplines for discovery, specification, delivery, and post-launch measurement.

The role demands strategic, hands-on work with matrixed teams, strong communication, and a track record of operationalizing new ways of working
