Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Practice Analytics (APA) to lead the evolution of a financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics platform. You will champion an AI-first approach to revenue optimization across oncology, urology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology practices.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborate across clinical and financial data, and translate user needs into robust roadmaps and backlog prioritization.

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of software product management experience in data-heavy commercial analytics, financial tech, or B2B SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of specialty practice economics, Buy and Bill mechanics, ASP impact, and formulary dynamics.
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies, continuous product discovery, rapid prototyping, and UX research.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to align engineering, sales, marketing, and executives around a shared vision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Healthcare data fluency with complex clinical, transactional, or contract datasets (e.g., 837/835) preferred.
  • AI/ML & Data Science literacy with experience partnering with data scientists or AI engineers for recommendations or NLP workflows, preferred.
  • Experience in oncology, urology, rheumatology, or gastroenterology preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap: drive AI-first financial intelligence and reimbursement analytics.
  • Optimize Practice Economics & RCM: define features for predictive margin tracking and revenue leakage prevention.
  • Drive Platform & Dataset Synergies: connect insights with contract performance, rebates, and distribution.
  • Execute with Product Excellence: own end-to-end development, write user stories, manage backlog.
  • Amplify VOC: collaborate with CABs and clinics to validate prototypes and product-market fit.
