Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of relevant and applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• End-to-end delivery from concept through launch, learning and adoption.
• Technical breadth across frontend, backend, API, data and cloud.
• Applied AI experience with LLMs, retrieval, tools, or similar patterns.
• Evaluation experience with automated testing and behavioral evaluation.
• Live-service ownership including telemetry, debugging and incident response.
• User-centered practice collaborating with users, designers, and product leaders.
• Engineering craft with clear specs and maintainable code.
• Role may require up to 50% travel and hybrid office visits.

Aufgaben

• Start with the user; work with users and domain experts to understand workflows and identify AI value.
• Test assumptions quickly with concise specifications, prototypes, and small releases.
• Own complete product slices spanning experience, services, data, AI behavior, and integrations.
• Shape AI behavior: design instructions, context, retrieval, and tool use with evidence-based choices.
• Build an evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations for quality and safety.
• Instrument user journeys to relate adoption and task success to system behavior and cost.
• Engineer for responsible use with clear permissions, data handling, and safety checks.
• Own production quality: release iteratively, monitor live behavior, and respond to incidents.
• Make practical trade-offs balancing experience, quality, speed, reliability, and cost.
• Contribute reusable patterns and evaluation assets across the platform.
