Job summary

Remitly is hiring a Product Analyst for its Remitly Borrow team. You will combine rigorous data analysis with hands‑on product ownership to shape the roadmap and inform decisions across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

You will leverage AI‑first tools to accelerate analysis, build robust data systems, and guide experimentation. This is a builder role designed to grow into product leadership with time, within a fintech‑driven global remittance platform.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in product analytics or related quantitative/product role.
• Strong SQL and Python, data modeling, and a builder's mindset.
• Fluency with AI‑first tools and workflows.
• Ideally experience in fintech, e‑commerce, or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior across the product lifecycle using an AI‑first approach to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Own a slice of the product roadmap end to end—from opportunity identification to sizing, spec writing, engineering collaboration, and post‑launch tracking.
• Build and maintain analytical systems—clean data models, dashboards, and self‑serve tooling for cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design, run, and interpret A/B tests and experiments with AI‑first workflows.
• Drive AI‑first segmentation and lifecycle analysis to identify at‑risk cohorts and opportunities for personalization.
• Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing on measurement and attribution as needed to stay aligned.
