Job summary

NYMBUS is seeking a Product Lead, AI (Builder) to transform product vision into shippable software. You will own specifications, architecture-aligned system behavior, and AI-assisted iteration within a high-autonomy squad with Architect and Shipper partners.

You’ll work in a remote-first environment, leverage AI tools to accelerate design and delivery, and own fintech domains such as core banking, digital banking, origination, or lending.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or engineering roles within fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Experience with core or digital banking platforms.
• Strong understanding of regulated financial environments and workflows.
• Proven ability to design and build end-to-end systems and workflows.
• Track record of shipping working software, not just documentation.
• Technical fluency across front-end and/or back-end technologies.
• Ability to own end-to-end implementation within a product domain.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design from problem definition through system behavior.
• Author clear, testable specifications using AI-assisted workflows.
• Define APIs, data models, and interaction patterns with the Architect.
• Translate business requirements into buildable specifications.
• Collaborate with Shipper on acceptance criteria, testability, and release readiness.
• Participate in technical design discussions and trade-off decisions.
