Job summary

US LBM Sr. Product Manager, ERP is responsible for the innovation, development, and optimization of US LBM's ERP platform, the operational backbone spanning order entry, inventory, purchasing, pricing, and financials across our operating divisions. This is a defining role in US LBM's move to an AI-First operating model.

• Experience with ERP platforms and integration.
• Experience in B2B distribution or similar industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-own use-case discovery and rapid prototyping with the Lead Engineer.
• Drive an AI-first product roadmap for ERP foundation across divisions.
• Develop analytical insights to guide strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, engineering, and data teams.
• Deliver measurable improvements in order accuracy and inventory turns.
